I have not been on in a while and thought I would share what I have acquired since I have last been on. I struggle with anxiety that has resulted from being stressed. I go off to college next year so dealing with college applications, school work, and being in involved in organizations never gives me time to relax and breathe. When I do have the time I want to sleep. It has become an issue to where whenever I am stressed I literally cannot function.
This may seem all negative, but I have learned how to keep it under control. This week I am doing so much better. Spending time out of your busy day to read God's word, spending time to talk about stress with your friends, spending time with God! You may have to give up something, such as not finishing your homework until the morning, or waking up a little earlier. It is so worth it I promise. I did not make it through one day the last 4 weeks of school without having a mental breakdown, now I have gone two whole days! Not that much but it is an accomplishment for me.
